Glenn Durkee memorial service is held.

Nearly a hundred people gather gather to remember the developmentally disabled and often-homeless man who spent his days for more than 20 years at the corner of Bowdoin Street and Cambridge Street, and who died in Malden on October 7, 2024. Durkee was called “The concierge of the neighborhood.” He was remembered for always greeting people with a smile.
